We don’t manage wealth. We architect it.
Monarch Legends is a private wealth firm for those who have outgrown conventional financial advice. We serve high-income women and emerging leaders who are building at scale — and who understand that keeping and growing wealth requires a different level of strategy.
Our work centers on what most advisors ignore: the gap between what you earn and what you actually keep. Through advanced tax strategy, intentional structuring, and legacy planning, we close that gap — permanently.
Private. Intentional. Enduring.

Danielle Medina
CEO / FOUNDER
Danielle Medina
A trailblazer from the start, Danielle leads a distinguished financial planning firm, bringing a unique blend of technical expertise and hands-on experience to empower clients. She has honed her skills through a remarkable journey that includes studies at American University, Seattle Pacific University, and Yale. This rigorous academic background laid the foundation for her mastery of tax strategies, business planning, and diversified investments.
This drive for innovation emerged early in her career when she contributed to the software development for the revolutionary iPhone 3. Carrying that same forward-thinking spirit into the financial sector, she later became one of the top pensions producers in the U.S., earning a reputation for helping clients build and secure robust retirement portfolios.
Beyond traditional financial markets, Danielle’s expertise is deepened by her involvement in real estate. She has cultivated an extensive real estate portfolio through firsthand investment and management, providing clients with pragmatic, real-world insight beyond conventional financial theory.
At the core of her practice is a client-centered philosophy focused on achieving true wealth and financial independence. Danielle and Monarch Wealth are dedicated to leveraging this uncommon combination of technological innovation, pension management, and real estate knowledge to guide clients toward their financial goals.

COO
ROBERT TAYLOR
As COO of Monarch Legends, I bring a people-first approach to building the systems, relationships, and strategies that allow our firm to deliver on its promise to every client and partner we serve. My work sits at the intersection of operational leadership and mission-driven purpose.
My background spans nonprofit leadership, business development, and wealth strategy, giving me a lens that goes beyond the numbers. I know what it means to build something from the ground up, serve a community, and protect what matters most. That experience shapes how I lead and how I think about the people who trust us.
Seattle is my home. I studied Communications at Washington State University and Business Management at the University of Phoenix, and I’ve continued that education through years of guiding individuals and organizations toward stability, growth, and lasting impact.
At Monarch Legends, I’m committed to ensuring our operations are as strong as our vision, so the people who trust us always have a firm worth trusting.

Eric Carias
CIO
ERIC CARIAS
I am a first-generation American from Los Angeles, California, and the first in my family to graduate from college. I enlisted in the U.S. Army in 2005 as an Information Technology Specialist, beginning a career defined by service, accountability, and operational excellence. I later served as a Data Operations Warrant Officer, responsible for the design, operation, and sustainment of enterprise data platforms supporting the Department of Defense Information Network.
Following my retirement from military service, I transitioned to the private sector, applying my experience within two major technology companies. These roles further strengthened my leadership perspective and technical foundation, ultimately leading me to Monarch Legends. Today, I oversee the development and operation of secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure that supports our builders and delivers reliable services to our customers. I bring the same standards of integrity, reliability, and mission focus that guided my military career.
Outside of work, I prioritize time with my wife and children and remain a lifelong learner, continually investing in my professional growth and understanding of evolving technologies.
